Noida leaves you spoilt for choice when it comes to having a good time

The story of Noida is quite interesting, for it is a city which was once known only as a satellite town to Delhi, but has now climbed the ladder of development fast to transform into a city with high entertainment quotient. It is a tale of a green jungle turning into a concrete one, for everywhere the sight goes, the skyline of Noida is dotted with skyscrapers and chic malls. If you are asked to spend a day or days in Noida you wouldn’t feel bored or wanting for things to do. Right from catching a movie at the IMAX to having a ball of a time at an adventure park, Noida has it all, all you need to do is step out of the house with this list in hand.

 

Chill out at the World of Wonder Water Park

This adventure park covers a sprawling ten acres of space and has no less than two dozen attractions for its guests,which include water rides, roller coasters, paintball, go-karting, and even a gaming arcade. You can hop onto a rollercoaster if you are looking for some thrill but if you are looking for a milder version then you can visit the La fiesta zone in the park. This zone caters to kids, senior citizens, and the meek hearted. Keeping in mind the mercury levels of Noida, the park also offers a dancing area where you get showered with splashes of water during rain dances.

Role-play at Kidzania

Role –play and children are two sides of a coin that is so full of energy that it never stops rolling. Kidzania is one such place which brings the two things together, giving the kids a chance to explore career options in a fun-filled way. They can be a firefighter and learn how to douse a fire or try their hands at being a dentist or a surgeon. Mock stores that sell furniture, do package deliveryand make candies and juices teach the kids the tricks of the trade, but in an exciting way. You can have your tiny tots groove like a diva at the dance class or make them garnish their favorite doughnut here. All in all, a place that you must take your kids to, and rest assured for you are in for some adventure too, as some activities let the parents participate along with their kids.

Adrenalin rush at Buddha international circuit

There is different kind of thrill that emanates from watching race cars speed away on a race track and Noida givesyou the chance to experience this delight. Buddha International Circuit is the venue for the annual Indian Grand Prix by Formula One racing’s governing body. It is one of its kinds in India and stretchesup toabout 10 Km square in area. Passes are available for any F1 race scheduled to take place on the tracks and you should not let the chance slip by of watching the cars take your breath away.

 

In the lap of nature at Botanical Gardens

Enervate your senses while taking a stroll through the Botanical Gardens of Noida. Rare species of plants and flowers welcome you at this park which has lush green trees and manicured grassy lawns. The park also has a jogging track that is bustling with joggers from early hours in the morning. There is a cactus house at the gardens where you can learn about the various species of cacti.

Shopping fiesta at Sector 18 Market and Atta Market

Sector 18 is one of the oldest marketsof Noida along with its humble counterpart, the Atta market. Some of the good hotels in Noida are in the Sector 18 market area, which is the destination for your high-end shopping while Atta is where you can go for some street shopping, armed with good bargaining skills. Atta Market is where you can find some budget hotels in Noidaand it gives you the convenience of staying at the center of the city.

 

The classy Mall of India

One of the biggest malls in the whole of NCR, Mall of India is the pride of Noida and a shoppers haven. For the shopaholics of NCR, Mall of India is a one-stop shop for the fashion- savvy. This mall has some big brands in its premises like ALDO, ZARA, Tommy Hilfiger, Crossword, Maspar, and Bath and Body shop to name a few. Once you are done with your shopping spree, you can dine at the large food court or visit one of the fine dining restaurants at the mall and end your day by catching a movie at the PVR Cinemas in the mall.

 

 

Otherfabulous shopping destinations in Noida include the GIP mall which shares the campus with Gardens Galleria mall that has some fabulous restaurants. Logix Mall houses PVR cinemas and IMAX theatre along with some good shopping choices. Wave Mall and Spice Mall are some other malls of Noida which have now become the hub of shopping for people even from the neighboring city of Delhi.
